Belgin attended Kaunas University of Technologies for one term as part of the Erasmus program. Her educational success was recognized with High Honor Certificates three times by Kocaeli University. With internships at Diversey and QNB Finansbank, Belgin believes that she will be a successful colleague. Belgin holds a bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Affairs from Kocaeli University.
Tuğba was involved in the Labor Economics research Group in the university, and also volunteered for the activities of TEMA Foundation. She aims to build her Human Resources skills, and believes that she will contribute to the organization she works for with her openness to personal development, efficient teamwork, and strong communication skills. Tuğba holds a bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Affairs from Sakarya University.
Nazlıcan studied at the Paris Sorbonne University for a term as part of the Erasmus program, and with improved French skills, she interned at the French Cultural Center and Yapı Kredi Publications. During the pandemic, she continued her volunteering work through the “United Hands for Refugees” initiative, which she started together with her Erasmus friends, to help the refugees in Eskişehir. She plans a career in civil society work. Nazlıcan holds a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature from Eskişehir Osmangazi University.
Saadet was an active member of the Kızılay, LÖSEV, and UltrAslan Clubs in the university, and also volunteered for the Damla (Drop) Project. She aims for a professional career in Human Resources. Saadet holds a bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Affairs from Yalova University.
Selinay took courses on social responsibility and community services, and volunteered for various activities that involved people with Down’s syndrome. She joined a volunteering project during university and traveled to Italy to promote Turkish culture. With a highly driven and energetic personality, Selinay aims to add value to the organization she works for. Selinay holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Kocaeli University.
Hüseyin was involved in numerous charitable activities together with his university group to help village schools. He also took trainings on MS Office, ERP-1 and HR Assistance. Hüseyin believes that he will contribute to the organization he works for with his high sense of responsibility and effective time management skills. Hüseyin holds a bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Affairs from Çanakkale 18 Mart University, and currently studies toward a master’s degree in the same field.
Merve was a member of the Economics and Photography Clubs in her university, and also volunteered for the TedXIzmit event, and interned at Yapı Kredi Bank. She currently volunteers for TEGV Kocaeli Selma ve Mesut Kavurt Education Unit, and believes that the training programs of the First Chance Academy will help her improve herself and contribute more to the organization she works for. Merve holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kocaeli University.
In addition to attending various events organized by the Entrepreneurship and Career Groups in her university, Ecem also interned at Yatsan, Lüleburgaz District Governorship, and an accounting office. She visited 19 European countries by Eyobus. She also volunteered for AIESEC, where she gave presentations to the students who wanted to do internships abroad. Ecem aims to put her theoretical knowledge acquired in training programs and internships into practice during her time in First Chance and gain experience. Ecem holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Akdeniz University and an MBA from Ege University.
Mercan took part in the activities of TEMA Foundation, and interned at Istanbul Ataşehir Municipality’s Dept Collection Department. She believes that First Chance will add value to her as well as the industry and the community through TSÇV. Mercan holds a bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Affairs from Çanakkale 18 Mart University, and is currently studying toward a master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety at Eskişehir Anadolu University.
