Doğan was graduated from Galatasaray University’s department of Industrial Engineering in 2002. She started her career in 2002 as a Purchasing Officer in Transimaj Company. Erhart was graduated from Boğaziçi University and completed her master's degree at Cambridge University. In 2006, she received her Ph.D. degree from Boğaziçi University's Department of Philosophy. In 2015, she became an associate professor. Erhart gives lectures on gender studies, human rights, disability, aging, sports and media at Istanbul Bilgi University's Faculty of Communication. Özesmi graduated from the Middle East Technical Univeristy Department of Geological Engineering and the University of Ohio Department of Environmental Science with a Masters degree. After completing his Ph.D. program at the Minnesota-Twin Cities University, he worked as an Environmental Expert at UNDP and as a research assistant at Erciyes University. Ersel Serdarlı began his career as an advertising writer in Cenajans Gray in 1997 and took part in Erkin Koray's group in 2000 by taking a break from advertising. Soydan graduated from the Middle East Technical University Department of Economics and started her career as an Industrial Engineer in the Koç Group. She worked in the field of human resources in Akbank, Yapı Kredi Bank, Burgan Bank and TEGV. Currently she serves as a Human Resources Senior Manager at the Ford Otosan.
Having started his career as an analyst at Esas Holding, Şahbey Teke was involved in several acquisition and merger projects including Air Berlin, Air Lease Corp, Peyman, UK and US real estate portfolio, Shoe World, Fuyao, AFM and Mars Entertainment Group. Teke holds a Mechatronics Engineering from Sabancı University and MBA diplomas from the same university.
After completing the Department of International Relations at Bilkent University, Didem Tekeli, went on to complete the European Communities / International Relations program at the Institute of Social Sciences of Ankara University and obtain her Ph.D. in the International Relations Department of the Middle East Technical University, during which she conducted research in the UK. Demet Uyar graduated from the İzmir American High School. She completed the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University and has a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of London, UK. She has worked in sales, marketing and finance fields in banking, tourism, technology, foreign trade, industry, media and pharmaceutical sectors. She founded Navitas Consulting Coaching Education Inc. in 1997. In 2004, she launched Turkey's first international coaching school. As one of the pioneers of coaching in Turkey, she has been coaching managers since 2002 and also trains in Coaching and Mentoring, Emotional and Social Intelligence, Positive Psychology and Leadership. She is a consultant to raise Employee Commitment. She is co-author of "Coaching Approach in Management" and the creator of "Developmental Discovery Coaching", the first coaching program of Turkey, which was approved by the ICF in 2009.
Didem Ünsür, who started her career at DenizBank Investment Banking Operations Department, has been working professionally in civil society since 2002. Ünsür has been in various positions at non-governmental organizations such as Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation, Community Volunteers Foundation, Deniz Temiz Dernei / Turmepa, Tohum Autism Foundation etc. Since 2014, Ünsür is the National Director at Special Olympics Turkey. Ünsür also continues to voluntarily support the work of various non-governmental organizations, notably ANG Foundation Nezahat Gökyiğit Botanical Garden and Gündem Children's Association.
