• Must have graduated from university at least 1 year ago from the date of application
• Minimum GPA of 2,5 and no prior full-time employment
• Not younger than 20, not older than 25 ( born between 1 January 1996 and 31 December 2000)
• Citizen of the Turkish Republic
• Espousing criteria that increases their potential to benefit from and contribute to the program
