Ersel Serdarlı began his career as an advertising writer in Cenajans Gray in 1997 and took part in Erkin Koray's group in 2000 by taking a break from advertising. Demet Uyar graduated from the İzmir American High School. She completed the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University and has a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of London, UK. She has worked in sales, marketing and finance fields in banking, tourism, technology, foreign trade, industry, media and pharmaceutical sectors. She founded Navitas Consulting Coaching Education Inc. in 1997. In 2004, she launched Turkey's first international coaching school. As one of the pioneers of coaching in Turkey, she has been coaching managers since 2002 and also trains in Coaching and Mentoring, Emotional and Social Intelligence, Positive Psychology and Leadership. She is a consultant to raise Employee Commitment. She is co-author of "Coaching Approach in Management" and the creator of "Developmental Discovery Coaching", the first coaching program of Turkey, which was approved by the ICF in 2009.
Didem Ünsür, who started her career at DenizBank Investment Banking Operations Department, has been working professionally in civil society since 2002. Ünsür has been in various positions at non-governmental organizations such as Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation, Community Volunteers Foundation, Deniz Temiz Dernei / Turmepa, Tohum Autism Foundation etc. Since 2014, Ünsür is the National Director at Special Olympics Turkey. Having graduated from Bilkent University Department of Economics, Yazıcı worked as a Fund and Portfolio Manager at BNP Paribas and ABN Amro Asset Management. Prior to serving as the Director of the Eastern Europe and Middle East Desjs in Citibank's offices in Geneva and London, Yazıcı is now CEO and an international financial consultant in Geneva at BLG Trusted Advisors.
Yıldırım was graduated from Hacettepe University’s department of Economics in English. She is currently receiving her master’s degree in Leadership, Consulting and Coaching in Organizations at Middlesex University. For many years she led resource development in Greenpeace, UNICEF and the TEMA Foundation. To share her experiences and increase the fundraising capacity of civil society in Turkey, she founded the Fundraising School in 2010. She gave trainings to 200+ non-governmental organizations. Yıldırım also supports Fonever Resource Development and Communication Agency as a founding partner.
Having received Finance degree from Ankara University, Yıldırım began her career in 1999 as an assistant comptroller at the Ottoman Bank, one of the Doğuş Group banks. She made a transition to human resources department during the Garanti-Ottoman Bank merger period and continued her HR career in the field of organization, quality management, recruitment, planning, career management, wage and performance management. Since January 2012, she has been working at Volkswagen Doğuş Finans as Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager. Yıldırım has participated in Adler Coaching trainings and took part in the Equality Project in Doğuş as a mentee.
Having graduated from Istanbul University Department of Sociology, Yüzbaşıoğlu graduated from the language school at March Bloch University and studied a second university in Turkology Department at the same school. Having completed her pre-license at the Department of Psychology at Louis Pasteur University, she worked in various positions from 2003 to 2014, including Assistant Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager and Senior Media Relations Manager. In addition, served as a President and Director of Media Group at Grup7 Communication Consultancy in 2013-2014 and successfully completing her career, Yüzbaşıoğlu serves as the Corporate Communication Manager at Zorlu Energy Group as 2017.
